PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses nor lost packages. If you suspect inputting the wrong address upon completing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once orders leave our warehouse, we are no longer responsible.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES/MISSING ITEMS

NOTE: PLEASE VIDEO RECORD FULL ORDER ONCE RECEIVED AND UPON INSPECTION

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. we advise all costumers to open package the same day it arrives. if after you inspect your order, you are missing an item that you were charged for in your invoice we will only refund you the price you paid for that item. IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A REFUND FOR A MISSING ITEM WE WILL NEED A VIDEO OF YOU OPENING YOUR PACKAGE.

No nos hacemos responsables de direcciones incorrectas ni de paquetes perdidos. Si sospecha que ingresó una dirección incorrecta al completar su pedido, comuníquese con nosotros lo antes posible. Una vez que los pedidos salen de nuestro almacén, ya no somos responsables.

DAÑOS Y PROBLEMAS/ARTÍCULOS FALTANTES

NOTA: POR FAVOR GRABE EN VIDEO EL PEDIDO COMPLETO UNA VEZ RECIBIDO Y DURANTE LA INSPECCIÓN

Por favor, inspeccione su pedido al recibirlo y contáctenos de inmediato si el artículo está defectuoso, dañado o si recibe el artículo equivocado, para que podamos evaluar el problema y corregirlo. Recomendamos a todos los clientes abrir el paquete el mismo día que llega. Si después de inspeccionar su pedido le falta un artículo por el cual pagó en su factura, solo le reembolsaremos el precio que pagó por ese artículo. PARA OBTENER UN REEMBOLSO POR UN ARTÍCULO FALTANTE NECESITAREMOS UN VIDEO DE USTED ABRIENDO SU PAQUETE.
